rinse + release: hips
An intermediate flow awakening the tissues around the hips. We neutralise the pelvis before moving our hips, activating both internally and externally. This allows the fluid to flow around the hips hydrating the joints. I bring awareness to the thoracic spine to help facilitate mobility in the spine.
We flow, breathe and move together to feel awake and alive throughout the whole body.
