rinse + release: core

a mindful, strong flow moving from our deep core muscles. We wake the muscles of the glutes, core and hips up first before finding a creative flow mixing in some martial arts movements.
Finally, we take some restorative poses towards the end of class to reboot our core muscles and digestive system.
