Annabel Gebbie

In early 2015 Annabel completed her 200hr under Katrina Guthrie at Shades of Yoga. She has since trained with Duncan Peak, Power Living, Tara Judelle + Dr Scott Lyons, Embodied Flow, advanced yin with Hugh lee, Bess Prescott and Tahl Rinsky. and most recently is undertaking Dr Judith Lasater’s Experiential Anatomy. She completed her pilates teacher training 6 months ago and is studying Osteopathy. 
Annabel empowers you physically and mentally, integrating breath, body and movement; through philosophy, anatomy knowledge and mindfulness practices.

Kelly Rooney

Kelly’s journey of health, wellness and fitness began early on in her life. Her love of high energy forms of movement led her to explore competitive cheerleading and long distance running.  Her passion for wellness, specifically for women, inspired her to create an all girls health and fitness organisation, which partered with a wide array of fitness studios.  She then gained her certifications in Barre, Pilates and Yoga and moved to Australia.  Kelly then moved to the Gold Coast changing not only people’s bodies but more importantly they way they live and look after themselves. Kelly is also an Osteopathy student and offers hawaiian inspired kahuna massage. Kelly aims to challenge and ground with her high energy classes.
