we have created foods, teas + oils to help you achieve that deep sense of restoration.

Annabel Gebbie

Annabel is a student of osteopathy and a yoga + meditation teacher.
She was drawn to yoga at age 16, practising to help combat her crippling anxiety growing up. She continued practising sporadically until her final year of her public relations and marketing degree when she returned religiously to the practice of meditation and asana as it allowed her to remember her essence. This reconnection with the essence and the new found freedom in her body and mind, planted a seed: to share the magic of yoga.

In the beginning of 2015, Annabel completed her 500hr under Katrina Guthrie at Shades of Yoga. She since trained with Duncan Peak, Power Living, Tara Judelle and Dr Scott Lyons, Embodied Flow, Hugh Lee and currently studying with Judith Lasater, (Ph.D.,PT) whilst also completing her Osteopathy degree at Southern Cross University. She has a boundless curiosity for the body and the practice.

Annabel’s connection to yoga is inclusive, nurturing and intuitive. She aims to provide a space for freedom and expansiveness through her creative, strong flows and meditative movement. Empowering you physically and mentally. Integrating breath, body and movement; connecting the elements and in doing so calming the mind. Mindfulness and self-inquiry are interwoven in her classes to help you become proactive in your own healing. She will help you feel lightness and joy in your own body and mind, in the hope that you leave feeling like there are sunbeams shining out of your cells and greater freedom for you to connect to your essence.

Benjamin James - Kingscliff Retreat

Words won’t be able to describe the amazing weekend I had on retreat.
What an amazing experience from start to finish. I went along to a Deep Restore weekend in Kingscliff in Northern NSW and from the moment I was there I literally felt all my worries float away.
I knew then I was going to enjoy the weekend but it was so much more than I could have imagined. It was my first yoga retreat I have been on, but certainly will not be the last.
Annabel is such a talented and compassionate guide. She had literally thought of everything. The weekend was perfectly planned to include morning meditation, yoga for all levels, reflection time, personal time, sound healing, massage workshops.
It was simply a wonderful opportunity to be able to disconnect from life's stressors, and reconnect with our inner selves. I left feeling inspired to do more yoga outside of the classroom, having learnt new techniques from yin yoga, vinyasa and qigong. It is quickly becoming part of my daily life and I have never felt so good. Clear head, clear heart, more energy and that feeling that I can take on anything.
Above all, Restored. And as for the food, we were spoilt.

It was amazing.
Thanks Annabel, looking forward to the next Deep Restore retreat :)

Mark - Kingscliff retreat

It was an incredible experience! Amazing food, Surroundings, a sense of both community & solitude helping to wind down/refocus mind body and vision.
The activities were challenging & fun and could see improvement in all aspects that I was able to take back into the everyday routine and has continued to give me tools in which to take time and refocus on my goals & myself in times of need.
