Annabel founded deep restore which is a culmination of osteopathy, yoga, ceremony, retreats and myofascial release.

Annabel Gebbie is leading teacher trainings and retreats in Bali and the northern rivers and teaching yoga + meditation at various studios in Northern NSW. She has a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine.

Annabel is a multidisciplinary practitioner devoted to the art of embodied healing. She weaves together yoga, meditation, osteopathy, myofascial release, tantra, tea ceremony, and nature-based retreats to support others in reconnecting with their innate vitality and essence.

Currently based in the Northern Rivers, Annabel teaches yoga, pilates, and meditation across studios in Northern NSW. She also offers osteopathic treatments specialising but limited to Craniosacral Osteopathy in the region.

Annabel’s journey into yoga began at age 16, when she turned to the practice as a sanctuary from anxiety. Though her practice was initially sporadic, it deepened during her final year of a public relations and marketing degree, when meditation and asana helped her rediscover a sense of inner stillness and purpose. This reconnection became the seed of a lifelong calling to share the transformational power of these practices.

Since completing her 500-hour yoga teacher training with Katrina Guthrie at Shades of Yoga in 2015, Annabel has continued to expand her knowledge with leading teachers including Duncan Peak (Power Living), Tara Judelle and Dr. Scott Lyons (Embodied Flow), Hugh Lee, and Judith Hanson Lasater (Ph.D., PT). Her teaching is intuitive, creative, and grounded in a deep curiosity for the body and its wisdom.

Annabel offers classes and retreats that are nurturing, spacious, and empowering—blending strength with softness, mindfulness with movement. Her teaching invites you to move with breath and intention, to feel more present in your body, and to awaken a sense of joy and lightness that radiates from within. Through her work, she holds space for deep healing, inner freedom, and reconnection to the essence of who you are.

Benjamin James - Kingscliff Retreat

Words won’t be able to describe the amazing weekend I had on retreat.
What an amazing experience from start to finish. I went along to a Deep Restore weekend in Kingscliff in Northern NSW and from the moment I was there I literally felt all my worries float away.
I knew then I was going to enjoy the weekend but it was so much more than I could have imagined.It was my first yoga retreat I have been on, but certainly will not be the last.
Annabel is such a talented and compassionate guide. She had literally thought of everything. The weekend was perfectly planned to include morning meditation, yoga for all levels, reflection time, personal time, sound healing, massage workshops.
It was simply a wonderful opportunity to be able to disconnect from life's stressors, and reconnect with our inner selves. I left feeling inspired to do more yoga outside of the classroom, having learnt new techniques from yin yoga, vinyasa and qigong. It is quickly becoming part of my daily life and I have never felt so good. Clear head, clear heart, more energy and that feeling that I can take on anything.
Above all, Restored.And as for the food, we were spoilt.


It was amazing.

It was an incredible experience! Amazing food, Surroundings, a sense of both community & solitude helping to wind down/refocus mind body and vision.
The activities were challenging & fun and could see improvement in all aspects that I was able to take back into the everyday routine and has continued to give me tools in which to take time and refocus on my goals & myself in times of need.
