breath, presence + prana

a grounding, intermediate practice focused on breath awareness and opening into the thoracic cage and muscles of respiration. We move sequentially through the body warming up the muscles that help the breath move through the body. Before coming to a peak pose. Finally we wind down releasing the muscles of respiration and taking some supine twists.
