a sense of space; hips + hamstrings

a spacious intermediate flow using the breath first to drop into the body. then focusing on the hips, hamstrings and stability in the pelvis to allow you to arrive in a sense of full relaxation. We make effort but then settle into ease with a long wind down sequence and savasana.
