lvl 2: power from prana

Beginning with breath of fire and moving into challenging flow. We stabilise the core muscles - glutes, psoas + abdomInals before stabilising the shoulder joint with some spicey chatarunga drills.
To work into a creative flow combining martial arts with a splash of HIIT to really get the heart rate up and make the body feel alive.
