we move from our navel centre throughout the class. Awakening the deep intrinsic muscles of the core and of the back of the body such as the glutes. The flow involves some twists and tai chi variations of warrior all moving from the core.
We finish by releasing the hamstrings, glutes and fascia surrounding the core.
